Hello! I’m Ricky, a passionate personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and trained dancer based in Manchester, with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. My journey into fitness began in my early 20s, fueled by a desire to boost my confidence and enhance my self-image. Growing up in a small town, I faced challenges finding my place as a gay Black man, but I embraced change and moved to London where I discovered the world of fitness—an unexpected turn that quickly ignited a deep passion within me.
I thrive on positivity and enjoy connecting with new people. Throughout my two-decade career, I have found immense fulfillment in helping clients achieve their goals and transform their lives. Knowing that I have made a positive impact on others has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my journey.
